This is the amorphous_projects Terms of Service page. The intent of this agreement is to protect ourselves and our users. We hope, upon reviewing this, you'll find it's not unreasable and doesn't require anything out of the ordinary. If you have questions, concerns, or issues feel free to contact me.

Definitions

• you, your, the user, users, user refers website visitors and users of amorphous_projects' products and services.
• amorphous_projects, us, our, this website refers to amorphous_projects, Simon Le Pine, and our employees /agents/representatives.

• Use of any amorphous_projects product or service implies acceptance of these, and any future, Terms of Service.
• Subject to change without notice.
• Many of our products and service do not require registration or an email address so we cannot be expected to notify users of changes to the Terms of Service.

Waiver

• By using amorphous_projects you waive the right to sue or bring legal action against us.
• If you do bring a suit against amorphous_projects it will be registered in Canada under British Columbian laws.

Users Outside of Canada

Users outside of Canada are responsible for:

• Ensuring they comply with the laws of their country
• Discontinuing use if there's a violation of the laws of their country.
• Any legal or regulatory action due to use is the sole responsibility of the user.

Personal Information & Sharing

Safety & Security

• We do our best to keep sensitive information secure and so should you.
• Users are responsible for ensuring safe storage of passwords and other information.
• Users will not share their user name, password, or any login credentials with any third party or provide access to third parties.
• Users will not attempt to access unathorized areas of amorphous_projects or "hack" the products.
• Users should not use amorphous_projects in any malicious way.

Competition

• Use of amorphous_projects implies you will not create competing products or services.
• It is unethical, from a business perspective, to gain access to a companies website simply to create competing products. We don't do it and neither should you.

Service Guarantee

Ownership of Information

• Any information hosted by amorphous_projects is owned by us.
• We will always adhere to our own Terms of Service regarding privacy & sharing.
• We do retain the right to delete information, best attempts will be made to notify the original information provider (account holder) but it cannot be expected or guaranteed.

Use

• amorphous_projects' products & services will not be used for racial, derogatory, sexist, inflammatory, or otherwise harmful proposes.
• Neither will any derogatory, sexist, inflammatory, or otherwise harmful content be posted to or saved on amorphous_projects' servers.
• We retain the right to remove any content we feel is inappropriate.
• Although we do our best, we cannot be held liable for content, data, or information created by others.
• If you feel something is inappropriate please contact us and we'll do our best to remove it.

Safety

We do our best, so should you.

Payment

We only do it through a reputable vendor We do not store credit card/Social Security/SIN information

Advertisements

Some of the projects amorphous_projects offers are advertising supported. We cannot control what is served up by our ad supplier If you find something insulting/offensive please contact us

Up-time, Bugs, and Reliability

I/We work very hard to ensure all sites and projects are running well Unfortunate things happen We cannot guarantee up-time as this is subject to outside forces If you have PAID for an application and feel down-time has been unacceptable please contact us and we'll discuss a solution that works for all parties concerned

Disagreements/Claims

I/We will be happy to discuss any disagreement or claim and work towards a solution beneficial for all parties concerned. It is worth noting that amorphous_projects is not insured, there is no point suing me.

Definitions

I/We/Us refers to amorphous_projects, Simon Le Pine, and the individual projects we develop and/or represent.

APIs, Application Programming Interfaces, and Connections to the Server

amorphous_projects cannot take responsibility for how the APIs offered are used. amorphous_projects reserves the right to block users, connections to the server, or discontinue APIs at any time. amorphous_propjects will attempt to notify API users if a service will be discontinue or the fundamental structure of the service will change. We will post updates on the company blog and on Twitter.

Warranty

amorphous_projects offers no express or implied warranty.
